Sprinting!
Hi guys!
I have always been a sprinter for track and field but lately I have found different ways to become faster and have more fun with it! Stay tuned and I will post once a week!

Re: Sprinting!
Fact #1: You need to have a great lead, because that depends on the whole race! While you're in starting position, on your front foot, take your heel off the ground so only you're front part of your foot is on the track. You will realize this causes your front foot to shake since there is so much pressure on that part of your foot. When the gun goes off and you start, this will help you get an awesome lead into your race!

Re: Sprinting!
I actually will post whenever I have a new fact! So fact #2 is: Right when the gun goes off to start your race, stay low for a few seconds while running, it forces your body to go faster and get a better lead!

Re: Sprinting!
Fact #3: Take shorter steps! You might think longer strides get you farther faster, but shorter strides actually do. By taking shorter strides, your feet touch the ground more and they force you to go faster!
